In aid of the Take That Trust

Take That are soon to announce the launch of their own charity, the Take That Trust. We are unable to give you further details until Take That have issued an official Press Release, but we are still going ahead with our plans for the third annual International Thatters' Week (ITW).

TTAP have been asked to assist the Charity with fundraising and we are pleased to announce that, following the wonderful success of the previous two years, the 3rd International Thatters' Week will take place between Saturday, 25th October and Friday, 31st October 2008.

So what is International Thatters Week (ITW)?

International Thatters' Week (ITW) is a week of fundraising events for Charity. In previous years we have raised money in aid of the Five Stars Scanner Appeal, which was Take That's previous nominated charity. However, with the news that they are to set up their own Trust, we are now fully committed to helping the Take That Trust. We will be holding a number of events in which Thatters can participate, but we would like Thatters worldwide to also get involved by holding events of their own, big or small. Let's make this even better than last year's! Over £2,000 was raised during ITW last year , so our target for the week this year is £2,000 !

How Do I Get Involved?

You can get involved by coming to one of our events, or you can hold an event/fundraiser of your own. You will need to register with us , so that we can help support you and keep track of your event, soon. You can also begin fundraising now, giving you time to build up your fundraising to qualify for one of the TTAP “Thattereen” Party and Fundraiser Awards.
