well my boyfriend just showed season1 to me (new series with christopher eclestone and billie piper - he was surpriesed I remembered ehre being a pop singer*used to listen to bfbs1 a lot^^)
and I absolutely LOVE it so far - I´m not sure if we´ve finished it but its gorgeous

Did anyone watch it last night then? I saw most of it but was getting ready to go out at the same time so couldnt pay full attention. I find David Tennant strangely attractive for some reason anyone else think the same?? Or am I just weird haha :yes:

Oh thank god I am not on my own I was expecting everyone to go eeeeew haha. I saw him in something before he became Dr Who...an ITV drama where he was like this stalker or something - was really good anyway but I didn't find him attractive then but now he is the Doctor he has something about him haha ;)

I havent seen these pics with him wearing glasses though will have to keep my eye out for that!

I had to watch it again last night on bbc 3 even though its on both our sky+ then had tosit through dr who confidential. Was mostly about martha but did get to oggle the lovely Mr Tennant again.

Oh you're not alone! My mum got me the Doctor who behind the scenes book for xmas and I keep drooling over it. Is it really wrong for a pic of him plus the sonic screwdriver to be quite so dirty? ;)

I'm still not sure about Martha yet...but I'm loving all the references to Rose. Its great that they haven't forgotten her completely!

Plus Face of Bo again next week and the lovely Captain Jack later on!

they are also repeating the last series on uk gold every day again too.

Loved tonight's episode, M62 on a good night ;)

I thought the make up on Ardle O'Hanlon (can't spell) was brilliant :) Looks like the Daleks are coming back too:) My only critism is that it's sort of going around in a circle with the same villains coming back each time. Stories are new, but falling into a bit of a pattern with the villains.

Love David Tennant as The Doctor though, I really think he is the best since Tom Baker - if not better, having seen re-runs with Tom Baker:)

We all watched it with our friends and a load of kids fab episode but they have to bring the daleks back its what the kids want.
As soon as they should the spolier at the end and they saw the daleks there mouths dropped and they started jumping around.
My son and his friend's collect the magazines the "CARDS" and hes got nearly all the figures tardis helmets etc. hes got FIVE daleks why i dont know apparently they are all different! they are abousletley mad about them.
Also Martha doesnt know the daleks so it is through new eyes and Jack is back soon ladies. My friend cant wait for that one
Davis Tennant is the best doctor i always thought it was tom baker but now Mr T is so fab hope he doesnt leave and i wish the papers would stop saying he is the next series etc.

Watched it tonight with Changachops...it was gooood!!! We went to the exhibition at the Manchester Museum of Science and Industry last week, it was excellent they had lots of the original props and costumes and you could step inside a Dalek...oooohhhh!!!! The shop at the end was VERY expensive though!!!!

Is he really oh my god what date is it jan.
We are quite lucky that it is filmed all around here. though i keep missing them in newport. Loads have people i know have seen him in cardiff he has a flat there.
Those pics in glasses are on the dr who message boards went on there whilst trying to get my sons b.day presents.

oh I love drWho at the moment and think Martha is really good aswell!!

also watch DrWho confidential(loved it whey they played shine) and gives you a nice little insight. Wonder what the face meant!

oh and you may know David Tennant(love him!) from Casanova yes but he was also Barty Crouch jr. in the last Harry Potter movie(no 4)

He was on the Graham Norton show with Jo Brand a few weeks back (it's on Youtube) and they talked a lot about Casanova and Doctor Who, and it was very amusing some of the things they talked about. My favourite bit is still from the cooldown when Jo Brand asked if The Proclaimers had made up any words such as 'and I went down the shops today!'

I was at a party last night (with a DJ who seemed to like TT), so I've only just seen it (we recorded it on Sky +) and it was deinately the best episode of the series, and Martha is now more than just a passenger on the Tardis, which is good.

I think Jack's back in episode 9, or is that the wedding episode? Can't remember but John Barrowman was being interviewed a few weeks ago and said something about episode 9!

I really loved last night's episode, though I do wish it was on longer and the story then could be more padded out :)

I am hoping David Tennant doesn't quit, he is by far the best Doctor ever!

Okay watched it 4 times now told you my son was obssessed. jack is back on his bedroom floor with the doctor and thirty thousand daleks anyone would think he liked it.

Who is glad they are bringing the master back?

Starting to like martha but i do miss rose, do you think bille piper made a big mistake leaving.
Hope so much that David tennant doesnt leave, was he good on parkinsion ive not had chance to watch it yet.

Does anyone know when they start filming again been down the bay a lot and no sign of torchwood either at the minute.

If i can find out anything will let you all know.A friend of my friend works on the show. Fingers crossed my son is deperate to see them.

Should be anytime but they are so secretive with the filming schedule. the one with angels was filmed 3 miles from my house in newport town centre.
i was there in the morning. It was really frustrating when i found out.
Will let you know when ive heard off my source.
Mr T has a flat down there somewhere never seen them in cardiff out and about though but i know loads of people who have its very frustrating.

That was an amazing episode!!! What an ending to the best series of Doctor Who.....EVER!!! One thing I'm unsure about now though.....is this the end of the road for Martha? I heard rumours that Freema had been fired. I hope not.

I really don't want Freema to leave - feel like there's so much more she and the Doctor have to find out about each other! Really throught there might be snoggage in the TARDIS right at the end but no... David Tennant is delicious...

Was it Saxon's wife who picked up the Master's ring at the end? Is she evil then? Was there a more interesting reason why she shot him at the end?

Somebody raised a good point on another forum, the 9th doctor said that he was a passenger on the Titanic and that he was left clinging to an iceberg. So how can it be crashing into the TARDIS?? That would mean that the Doctor would meet himself, wouldn't it??

OH my god jack the face of BO. What a great episode the master is not dead worked out that much but it wont be john simm next time will it. Shame!!!
My son was conviced it was going to be daleks inside the toclafane.
He is only 8 though.
Jack had to go back to torchwood didnt he, Martha will be back she has been to good in this series, although all my kids want is for Rose to come back they love her.

A Fantastic series thank god for sky + i will put it all on dvd now. Just have to watch that on saturday nights now till xmas anyway.

AMAZING last episode...I'm usually putting kids to bed when this is on and this is the only one I've managed to watch all the way through and it was FANTASTIC....loved everything about it. Thought all the acting was superb especially David T, John Sim and Freema!!!

Thought the greatly aged Dr was SOOOOO cute.....is that a weird thing to think??? But he was!!!!

Kylie Minogue on board for Titanic festive special.

We're all feeling lucky, lucky, lucky that Kylie Minogue is to take a major lead role in the hour-long Doctor Who Christmas special, to be broadcast in December 2007.

Especially for you, Kylie will be travelling light years to join David Tennant for the episode, Voyage Of The Damned, which starts filming in July in Cardiff.

"We are delighted and excited to announce that Kylie Minogue will be joining the Doctor," revealed Executive Producer and lead writer Russell T Davies.

"Doctor Who Xmas specials are always a joy and we feel very confident that this will be the most ambitious and best Christmas episode yet."

"It is an incredible thrill to be joining David and the entire Doctor Who production for this year's Christmas special," added Kylie. "Doctor Who enjoys a unique history and it is going to be very exciting to be a part of that."

The production team has also confirmed that the story, written by Russell, will follow on directly from the ending of series three where viewers witnessed The Titanic crash through the Tardis wallså

Full details are currently under wraps, with more information to be announced shortly. We'll confide in you as soon as we can. The fourth series of Doctor Who will be back in the Spring of 2008.
