Hiya

I know some of you have seen it(re the person that also thinks Wolf is err yummy!!!) but for the others I would like to alert you to a fantastic miniseries that is called the 10th Kingdom

Now I don't always like miniseries with big names, cause sometimes the big actors come across as "wow look at ME I'm acting in this fabolous series blabla" re quite a bit fake, but this is not the story with the 10th Kingdom. I think it's a great story with great (known and unknown) actors, it all looks great(the makeup is so good that I didn't know the actores who play the troll kids untill I watched the making of, and I know 2 of them from other series but never recognized them!), it's funny, emotional at parts etc etc and I never thought I'd fancy a wolf!!!(Gilmore Girls fans that's Scott Cohen who played Rory's teacher and Lorelai's love interest Max)

so please watch it if you have the chance if you already did to you agree with my praise??

hufpuf!!!

Inge

I never read the book! Is it good?

oh btw Yum indeed!!

and I completely forgot to say what the story is about! a girl from New York gets transported to a magical fairytale world, but it's like 200 years after the grimm fairytales. Her dad is there too, there are trols, evil queens, princes that turn into golden retreivers and vv, wolves(drool), sheep, frogs, magical forests, evil hunters, magical rings(god I love that one), romantic cities etc etc. And it's all done with a bit of a wink wich I enjoy. Oh and magical mushrooms that sing I think Procal Harem(?) with a white shade of pale!

I thought the book was really good, took it one a holiday with me & read it in no time at all. I read it before seeing it though so maybe it makes a difference :-/
